MEET THE TEAM

We practise exclusively in family law, helping clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make. Divorce and separation can be overwhelming, and having clear, practical guidance can make the process much easier to navigate.

Our team assists clients across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby and Tweed Heads in all areas of family law including divorce, parenting matters and property settlement.

Every case is different, and we aim to provide advice and strategies tailored to your situation. With care, clarity, and a focus on empowerment, we guide you through what can be one of life’s most challenging transitions, giving you confidence and a sense of control.

Bronwen Nicholls

Bronwen came to the practice of law later in life, bringing a rich background spanning international politics, environmental philosophy, and experience across industries. She also draws on her involvement in the environmental justice movement and the realities of raising children, making her a valued member of the Mullumbimby community.

A Monash University law graduate, Bronwen began a Master of Laws but chose to focus on her family instead. While she may not always agree with the law, she is committed to empowering clients to navigate it and position themselves to have their needs met.
